Throughout the second year of the project we have collected almost all samples we had planned. Due to the restricions related to the COVID-19 epidemic in Croatia, some of the samples collected by our partners are stored on site and will be shipped when the working conditions normalize. Nevertheless, we are continuing to work on revealing remarkable rotavirus A genetic diversity in Croatian ecosystem.
