We have a new instrument in our lab

On 17th of September we have had a presentation of our new capillary electrophoresis instrument. It will make our workflow much easier especially for the conventional multiplex PCR we use for the rotavirus A genotyping. The other purpose is the QC of the NGS library which starts from 3rd year of the project.
